Summary: perfect 2010-08-30
Comment: This is the absolute BEST curling iron. The curls last forever! It might be a little hard to use at first, but you get used to it. I tested the longevity of the curls and they lasted 2 days. They would have lasted longer but I had to wash my hair. The iron is a bit harder to use with the glove on because I have short fingers and it doesn't fill the whole glove. Also, when taking strands up with the glove, the hair gets frizzy and not smooth. I suggest using the gloves first to get a feel of the iron and then using it without the glove, just leave the end of the hair off the iron. Other than the glove, this iron is amazing!

Summary: Poor warranty policies 2010-06-02
Comment: If your curling iron fails within the warranty period, you have to pay between $15 and $35 to have it repaired - Mine failed to heat up 9 months after purchasing it. It has had light use. It is covered under that warranty - but I will not be paying an additional $35. to have it repaired. I can by 3 good curling irons for that price.

Comment: Please do not attempt to buy this product.The Product does not heat up!. Then the Seller does not have return policy about this!. Then you attempt to return the product, then the seller will return it back to you satting Oh by the way, we found out the product is not defective and either we will return it back to you or charged 15% restocking fee and mailing costs.BEWARE!

Comment: One of the best on the market for sure! I love it! Ceramic ionic is the healthiest for the hair and it comes with a Kevlar glove (hot glove).
