I honestly didn't have as much trouble as the first reviewer except the fact that you cant see when it is coming and when i did get it was not the same blue pictured (but its the internet you cant really trust the color) and the width of the tiara looked much longer in the picture but i am still satisfied with the product.

I ordered the above tiarra on 8/4/10. When it did not arrive by 8/11/10 I became concerned and contacted the manufacturer. I was told that the item was either "lost or stolen" from the mail. When I asked them to send another, they said the item was out of stock. Now, when I look on your website, I see the item is still there and "in stock." When an item is out of stock, it should be deleted from your website. The time I spent waiting for delivery and corresponding with the manufacturer was a delay I could not afford. I am very disappointed in the service I received. I am still without the Tiarra.
