I love the hair tinsel. I am a dirty blonde and it is just bright enough to show once in a while but not so bright to be tacky. I got comments on them all the time. It also curls well!

I bought these for my daughter and I to do something fun to our hair together. The color is beautiful and they turned out adorable! I went online and found a way to tie these into the hair better than instructions say, since that way they seemed to just slide right out. I also had my hair stylist add it to my hair and they lasted MUCH longer since she used some kind of hair glue that did not damage my hair at all. So I would recommend taking them with you when you get your hair done next time and have your stylist add them in. They may charge you a few dollars per strand, but its worth it if you want them to last longer.

The tinsel falls out almost immediately when brushing if you put it in dry hair. Put it in damp hair, after showering, and then brush it once your hair is dry, and it works brilliantly. They were very frustrating until I learned the wet hair trick.
