Doesn't work for me,

I bought this thinking that it would help with itching of my scalp but it doesn't work. Not for me at least. In fact, my scalp itches a lot more. Also, once I accidentally sprayed the root of my locks and it formed a white crust. I use this line of products but was really disappointed with this one.
