Knotty Boy Liquid Dread Shampoo 16 oz

As anyone with dreadlocks knows, you can't just use any old shampoo to wash them. I've heard of people using ridiculous stuff to wash their dreads, from Ivory soap (NO NO NO, drys your dreads out like nothing else!), to dish soap. There are only a handful of shampoos made specifically for dreadlocks on the market. The two biggest brands seem to be this and Dreadhead HQ. I've tried them both, and I definitely recommend the Knotty Boy. It rinses cleaner, smells great (my whole apartment smells like mint after I wash my hair, whereas the Dreadhead HQ is essentially scent-free), is completely biodegradeable (great for camping), and leaves my dreads feeling softer and less dried-out. Definitely recommended.

Great smelling shampoo!!! My hair feels fresh and clean all day. Very costly for 16oz (maybe should be $8 less or increase the amount to 30oz for that price). But on a scale of 1-10 I would right it at 9. Only lose one point for cost.

Smells awesome, and leaves my head and my dreads feeling sqeaky clean. The only reason why I gave it a 4 is because its pretty much 8 times as expensive as the old shampoo I used to use, but its worth it if you can pay for it, and the shipping.
