This is ridiculous. This pair of pliers was advertised as being specifically for hair extensions. On the contrary, it's just a typical pair of flat-nose pliers. I have a jewelry business and have several pairs of these same exact pliers (literally...they are the same color and are by the same manufacturer). My local hardware store sells them for $1. Extension tools have a notch for easy removal of beads. This pair does not. This is NOT an extension tool. The seller should make this clear instead of being deceptive. The item in the picture is not the item I got. As I said, mine are just generic flat-nosed pliers with no notches for microring removal. I will not purchase from this seller again.

The item arrived on time, that is always a plus. I was disappointed when I opened it because it looks damaged on the Handel where the two color meets. Whatever it's been glued with it's all over it but dried up so it must have been like it before shipping. I needed to use it right away so I decided to keep it anyway, but I'm not 100% satisfied.

let me tell you how difficult it was to find these in any of the beauty supply stores!not only were these a comparable value but they arrived in a third of the time promised.very happy about that :)
