I struggled with givng this even two stars. I would have given it 1 star but I am allowing for the fact that maybe it isn't right for my fine , short hair. I find that it doesn't add any value to styling my hair, and is a bit sticky. I use the Matrix Amplify Shampoo, Conditioner and Hair Spray. I love all of those products. So, I was really surprised when this one didn't perform at all. If you have mnoney to waste then I'd say try if for yourself. Be ready to be let down..your pocketbook and your hair.

I have been using Matrix Amplify Volumizing System Thick Boost Gel, 5.1 ounce for several years. It is a great hair gel and gives body to silky hair. I also told my sister about it, and now she is sold on it, too!! Like it, would not be without it!! Thanks

I love this line of hair products, Really sad they are discontinuing it. Was able to pickup more on Amazon.
Good on hair with no sticky, goop feeling after.
