Stretch time between shampoos,

I love this product. I have oily scalp and long hair. If I do not wash everyday then my hair looks greasy and flat at the top and the daily washing makes it dry on the ends. I like 2 things about this product. The first is that after I apply and brush thru and it dries my hair looks great. Increase volume at the scalp and it doesn't have that greasy separated flat look. The other is the pleasant clean smell it gives. It neutralizes the way my scalp smells when I don't wash my hair daily. It is a very "quiet" but hint of clean type smell that it gives. I am hoping that by extending time between shampoos that it will help to improve the ends of my hair...not to mention save me alot of time not having to shampoo daily.

I love Biolage Smoothing Gel,

I need gel to give my hair body but don't like the stiffness that you get from most gels. I mix a small dot of Biolage Smoothing Gel with a small dot of my regular gel [the stiff feeling kind] in my palm and run it through my wet, but towel dried hair after washing my hair. I get body, no frizz, no stiff feeling. It feels soft and smooth, exactly what I want. The smoothing gel also helps tame static electricity in my hair! I love this stuff!

Not very good,

At first I thought I sprayed too much, but even when used sparingly, it seemed to leave a residue on my hair. It didn't absorb the oil in my hair nor did it add any fullness. Personally, face powder works best for me. It's not white like baby powder and it blends easily.
